How can I book a stay at the hotel?

We will be pleased to handle your booking directly by contacting us by phone at (+351) 289 350 350 or by emailing us at reservations@quintadolagohotel.com. You can also book directly on our website through the Book Now button above.

What are the booking conditions?

Cancellation and prepayment conditions vary depending on the type of accommodation and rate. All reservations are guaranteed until 10 AM of the day following the expected arrival, after which they will be considered a No Show, the cancellation policy applied and the room released. Any alteration of the dates of stay, occupancy or number of rooms confirmed may be subject to the rates available at such time and cancellation policy.


Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. 

What is the maximum room occupancy?

Our room's capacity is two adults and one infant/child/teenager (up to 16 years old). We also have family rooms (interconnecting rooms) that can host 2 adults and up to 3 minors.

Do you have an airport transfer service?

O concierge terá todo o prazer em reservar um transfer do aeroporto para o hotel (ou para qualquer outro destino!). Dispomos também de um shuttle gratuito para os campos de golfe dentro da Quinta do Lago e, duas vezes por dia, para o Quinta do Lago Shopping Center (11:15 e 16:00). Does the hotel have parking? And electric vehicle charging?

We have a private outdoor car park for guests, with complimentary valet service. In our car park you will find 6 charging points for electric vehicles, from the Mobi-E network, in partnership with EDP. Customers with Porsche cars have access to the Porsche Destination Charging point.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Your room will be available for check-in from 15:00 and check-out time is up to 12:00 noon. Early arrivals and late departures may be subject to a room use charge.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Only credit cards belonging to a guest staying in the hotel can be used to pay for the stay at check-in. American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard and Dinners Club credit cards are accepted. Bank transfers are only accepted when completed before arrival, with the funds received in advance. 


At check-in, payment for the stay is completed and a pre-authorisation can be made for any extras, up until the check-out date. The card issuer is exclusively responsible for releasing this hold, which may exceed 72 hours.

Do you have rooms for people with restricted mobility?

We have a fully equipped room for guests with special needs. We are also available to personalise your stay to suit your particular needs.

Do all of the rooms have wireless internet (Wi-Fi)?

Yes, all rooms and public areas offer high-speed wireless internet. We also offer a business center, if you need to get other work done.

Does the hotel accept pets?

Pets are only allowed on a case-by-case basis, with special restrictions and at the discretion of the hotel, which reserves the right to refuse access to pets. Pets are not allowed in public areas, including swimming pools. Please contact us for more information.

Can I smoke in the room?

No, smoking is forbidden in all our rooms and covered public areas, in compliance with Portuguese law. If a guest smokes in a room, it will not be available for other guests so a charge for one extra night will be applied.

What time is breakfast, lunch and dinner?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10.30 am, Lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 and Dinner from 19:30 to 22:30. Throughout the day, our bars are open with light meals and snacks. Our Room Service is available 24 hours.

Can I eat and drink in the restaurants and bars, without being a hotel guest?

Our restaurants and bars are open to the general public, preferably with advanced booking. In high season, the restaurant may be reserved exclusively for hotel guests, who are given priority.

Do you have a menu for dietary restrictions?

Our menu offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free fruits, but our team will be happy to adapt the dishes on our menu to suit your needs.

Does the hotel have a pool?

We have two outdoor swimming pools (one specially for small children), heated between April and October (weather permitting). The indoor pool is heated and kept at a constant temperature so you can enjoy it all year round. We also have an outdoor jacuzzi with a fabulous view of the Ria Formosa and the sea. 


Our pools are exclusively for hotel guests. Guests of guests may be permitted, subject to availability and prior reservation.

Does the hotel have its own private beach?

During the summer, the hotel has a reserved area on the famous Quinta do Lago beach, complimentary and exclusive to our guests, with sunbeds, shades and towel service. The beach is accessible from the hotel gardens, across the Ria Formosa lagoon.
